For the past 25 years we have worked with business owners to help them set up for the next stage. It is not something you want to do in a hurry. With a B.A. in Psychology and Management, Geoff began his career at 3M New Zealand before joining the recruitment industry in 1986. Based between Auckland and Martinborough and working with clients across the North Island, he brings unparalleled networks and insight to every engagement.

1986

Joined APC recruitment, completing industry training and holding leadership roles with RCSA

1990

Acquired APC Marketing brand, specialising in leadership, sales, and marketing placements

1989+

Began conducting the NZ Food & Grocery Council Industry Salary Survey, still running today

2001

APC merged with Swann Group to form Swann Executive; became partner with focus on succession

2018
